Working to revive an historic neighborhood corner

Green Coast Enterprises is spearheading a multi-building construction and development project at the corner of Washington Avenue and Broad Street.

In the Fall of 2012 four renovated historic buildings will open featuring a wide array of tenants; offices, co-working spaces, retail, restaurants, and health care. It’s all part of a larger concerted effort to create a renaissance and revitalization of this once vibrant corner.
